[現象]
[GGH4.0] “GO-Global Application Publishing Service” が開始せず，APSログに “Failed to initialize the service because of a failure to communicate with the Sand Box driver” というメッセージが残っている．

[説明]
GGサーバの環境に依存して発生した問題だと考えられますが， “Sand Box driver” は将来のための機能で現状では使用しておりませんので，暫定対応として以下の手順で SandBox 機能を無効にして下さい．

レジストリエディタ regedit を起動する．
“HKLM¥Software¥GraphOn¥GO-Global¥AppServer”　を開く．
新規で “DWORD (32ビット)” を作成する．
名前を “SandBox” にする．
データを “0” にする．
レジストリエディタを閉じる．
サーバを再起動する．
