[GGH4.0] Automatically update clients を有効にしているが， ActiveX クライアントを利用している IE6 の環境のみ働かない．

ActiveX クライアントを利用している IE6 の環境に関しては，クライアントの自動更新機能は働きません．これは制限事項 （非サポート） になります．

Automatic client updating for users running the ActiveX Control with Internet Explorer 6.0 is not supported.
