[GGH4.0] クライアント印刷機能の Universal Printer Driver が有効な場合，プリンタのリストに Preview PDF (from xxx) が自動的に付加されるが，これを削ることは出来ないのか？

[説明]
Ver4.0系では， Preview PDF (from xxx) は自動的に付加されます．従って，これを削ることは出来ませんが， Ver4.0.1でクライアントプリンタを削る機能が追加される見込みです．GraphOn社のコメントは以下の通りです．

If the UPD is enabled in the Cluster Manager, Preview PDF will always be configured. In 4.0.1 we will have a UI where users can remove client printers and that will include being able to remove Preview PDF.
