[GGH4.X] 32ビット版の Windows Server 2008 の環境で，バージョン 4.8.2.23274 が正常に動作しない．

[説明]
この問題はGraphOn社も認識しており，現在対応方法について検討中です．対症療法になりますが，更新プログラム KB4019276 をアンインストールすることで正常に動作するようになります．

We already have a bug open for this for another customer where the 32Bit version of Windows 2008 is
incompatible with this KB update. I will add this case to the bug and will speak to engineering to see if we
have a patch to fix this.
