[現象]
Ver4.0 をインストールしたが， Readme.txt と Release Notes.txt が見あたらない．

[説明]
従来のバージョンでは，インストール時の展開フォルダ中に Readme.txt と Release Notes.txt が置かれていましたが，Ver4.0系ではインストールバイナリ中にReadme.txt と Release Notes.txt が存在しません．弊社作成のVer4.0系配布ファイル （CD） 中に，それらのファイルが存在します．

GraphOn社に 「インストールバイナリ中にReadme.txt と Release Notes.txt を含めるように」 と要望を出しましたが，残念ながら “There are no plans to change the way the Release Notes are distributed” という回答がありました．
