はい，Ver4.0系はオーディオ・リダイレクション （Audio Redirection） をサポートしません．クライアント側で鳴るのは，ビープ音のみとなります．本件に関するGraphOn 社の情報 （Release Notes.txt） は，以下の通りです．

The Sound option has been removed from the Client Access tab of the Cluster Manager's Host Options dialog, and only beeps play on the client computer.
