[GGH4.X-5.X] クライアントのオプション -dfw 0 を使用するとウインドウのドラッグ時に画面が乱れる．

クライアントのオプション -dfw 0 は，ドキュメント化されておらず，非サポートのオプション （機能） です．従って，このオプションのご利用は，自己責任の原則に基づき行ってください．

The "-dfw 0" startup option is an undocumented and unsupported option which should not be in use.

I was able to reproduce this issue using the steps that you provided and logged ECR 16062. A fix for this
problem with the undocumented and unsupported feature will be considered as an enhancement in a future
release of the produce.
