[現象]
GraphOn社の Release Notes にある BUG#8700 （CASE#3875） の機能は，どの処理について FlexLM のライセンス・チェックアウトを再試行するのか？

[説明]
ログオンが過度に集中した時，この “FlexLM - Bad encryption handshake with vendor daemon. (Error code: -33)” というエラーが発生しましたので，ログオン処理に関して FlexLM のライセンス・チェックアウトを再試行します （注： PWでのアプリケーション起動処理では，再試行は行われません） ．

Intermittent license error: FlexLM - Bad encryption handshake with vendor daemon. (Error code: -33)
As a workaround, we now attempt the license checkout again after an interval. The interval and the number of tries are configurable in the Registry. The default values are 1 second and 3 tries. To change this, add or modify the following Registry settings under HKLM¥Software¥GraphOn¥Bridges¥1.0.0¥AppServer:

LicenseCheckoutAttempts
(This is a DWORD value indicating the maximum number of attempts.)
LicenseCheckoutRetryInterval
(This is a DWORD value indicating the interval in seconds between attempts.)

This is fixed for logon and for launching applications from the Program Window. When we encounter this error, we try again to check the license after an interval. The default is to wait 1 second to check, and to attempt to check a maximum of 3 times. Users can change the wait interval or the maximum number of times to check by adding the registry keys provided earlier.

We don't log anything about the retry to the APS log. We're not sure if FlexLM logs anything about the handshake error in license.log.
